Interested in Booking the Hall?

The Russian Hall is a multi-use community hall and performance space in the historic Strathcona neighborhood.
We are available to rent for concerts, rehearsals, workshops, and more!

Rental Inquiry

For rental inquires, please submit the following information to [email protected]:

1. Your name.
2. Phone number and mailing address.
3. Organization. Let us know if you are a registered charity or not-for-profit society, as preference will be given to these.
4. Purpose of rental. Will it be private or public? A workshop, celebration, fundraiser, class, rehearsal, etc.? Will tickets be sold? Will food or alcohol be served?
5. Requested date(s) of rental. If you are booking for both rehearsal and performances, please specify which dates are for rehearsals and which are for performances.
6. Requested times of rental (e.g., 10am - 5pm)
7. Requested room(s). The Upstairs Hall or Downstairs Hall?
8. Expected number of attendees. The maximum capacity of the Upstairs Hall is 200 persons, the Downstairs Hall 100 persons.
