Kitchen
The Kitchen is a full commercial food preparation station suitable for making, heating, and serving meals or snacks. It can also be used as a concession or bar.
There is one serving window opening to the Downstairs Hall. The Kitchen may be booked in conjunction with Downstairs Hall (access is through the Downstairs Hall). If you are selling or serving alcohol, you will need to obtain a Special Event Permit and the appropriate event liability insurance, as well as provide certified servers. The Russian Hall does not provide any bar staff. If you are serving food to the public, you will need a Temporary Food Services Permit. |
